The Family Lönnstam´s Kletimox
Cooking time 5-10 minutes.
Suitable for meat, chicken and fish, as well as vegetarian dishes.
Ingredients:
1 jar of mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp golden syrup
2 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
1.5 to 2 cups milk (any fat content)
Oregano (season to taste)
2-3 tablespoons of ketchup
1 jar of pickles (ready-sliced)
How to do:
1. Pour the mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir with a fork until it feels creamy.
2. Add the milk and stir.
3.Pour in the remaining ingredients (except cucumbers).
4. Mix until it feels creamy and smooth.
5. After that, pour in about 2-3 tablespoons of broth from the pickled cucumber.
6. Chop a few slices of pickled cucumber into small cubes and pour into the bowl (the amount of cucumbers, you decide).
7. Stir one last time.
8. Put plastic wrap over the bowl and let it stand in refrigerator 10 minutes before serving
***.If it becomes too watery, then have a little more of each of the syrup, sweet chilli and ketchup into the mix..
