Lemon chicken wrapped in bacon
Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken fillets
- 1–2 lemons
- Grated cheese
- 2-3 bacon package
- Rosemary
- Thyme
How to do
- Place a chicken fillet on plastic foil (or similar).
- Grate the lemon zest and sprinkle on top of the chicken fillet.
- Then pour in the grated cheese to cover.
- Add the rosemary and thyme.
- Wrap the bacon around the chicken.
- Then wrap the plastic foil around the whole chicken fillet so it becomes a package. Smack the package so it gets flatter. Do not use force.
- Pour frying margarine in a frying-pan. Transfer the chicken from the foil to the pan. Fry over medium high heat.
- Serve with potato wedges, fries, or rice and sauce of your choice.
