Michaela’s pasta with bacon

You need

  • Pasta (of your choice but Tagliatelle or Tagliolini is recommended)
  • Bacon
  • Crème fraîche
  • Tomatoes
  • Basil spice

How to do

  • Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it.
  • Boil the pasta.
  • While the pasta is boiling, melt the Crème fraîche in a pan.
  • When the Crème fraîche has melted, put the fried bacon into the Crème fraîche and add the tomatoes and the basil spice, let it cook together for a few minutes.
  • Enjoy!
