The Family Lönnstam’s Kletimox

Cooking time 5–10 minutes.
Suitable for meat, chicken and fish, as well as vegetarian dishes.

You need

  • 1 jar of mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tbsp golden syrup
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1.5 to 2 cups milk (any fat content)
  • Oregano (season to taste)
  • 2–3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 jar of pickles (ready-sliced)

How to do

  • Pour the mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir with a fork until it feels creamy.
  • Add the milk and stir.
  • Pour in the remaining ingredients (except cucumbers).
  • Mix until it feels creamy and smooth.
  • After that, pour in about 2–3 tablespoons of broth from the pickled cucumber.
  • Chop a few slices of pickled cucumber into small cubes and pour into the bowl (the amount of cucumbers, you decide).
  • Stir one last time.
  • Put plastic wrap over the bowl and let it stand in refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
  • If it becomes too watery, then have a little more of each of the syrup, sweet chilli and ketchup into the mix.
  • Enjoy!
