The Family Lönnstam’s Kletimox
Cooking time 5–10 minutes.
Suitable for meat, chicken and fish, as well as vegetarian dishes.
You need
- 1 jar of mayonnaise
- 2-3 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1.5 to 2 cups milk (any fat content)
- Oregano (season to taste)
- 2–3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 jar of pickles (ready-sliced)
How to do
- Pour the mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir with a fork until it feels creamy.
- Add the milk and stir.
- Pour in the remaining ingredients (except cucumbers).
- Mix until it feels creamy and smooth.
- After that, pour in about 2–3 tablespoons of broth from the pickled cucumber.
- Chop a few slices of pickled cucumber into small cubes and pour into the bowl (the amount of cucumbers, you decide).
- Stir one last time.
- Put plastic wrap over the bowl and let it stand in refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
- If it becomes too watery, then have a little more of each of the syrup, sweet chilli and ketchup into the mix.
