Michaelas pasta with bacon
Ingredients:
Pasta (of your choice but Tagliatelle or Tagliolini is recommended)
Bacon
Creme Fraiche
Tomatoes
Basil spice
How to do:
1. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it.
2. Boil the pasta.
3. While the pasta is boiling, melt the Creme Fraiche in a pan.
4. When the Creme Fraiche has melted, put the fried bacon to the Creme Fraiche and add the
tomatoes and the basil spice, let it cook together for a few minutes.
