Pizza rolls (AF)

Pizza rolls were created in the mid-1960s in Duluth, Minnesota, by developer Beatrice Ojakangas. She worked for entrepreneur Jeno Paulucci, who specialized in frozen Chinese food and was looking for new ways to utilize his egg roll wrapping machine.
You need…
- Premade pizza kit from the store (or make your own dough, recipe not included here)
- Smoked ham (preferably shredded)
- Shredded cheese
- Oregano
- Garlic powder
- Tomato sauce (unless included in the pizza kit)
How to do…
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread on the tomato sauce (included in the kit)
- Season the sauce with a little oregano and garlic powder
- Add the smoked ham and shredded cheese
- Roll up the pizza
- Cut into pieces of a suitable length
- Place them in the airfryer, stand the pieces upright
- Sprinkle with a little shredded cheese
- Cook for 10 minutes at 180 °C
