Chocolate filled puff pastry (AF)

You need

  • Puff pastry
  • Egg
  • Any mint chocolate will do, for example After Eight, Andes Chocolate Mints or Tesco Dark Chocolate Mint Thins

How to do

  • Cut a piece of the puff pastry so that it is a little more than twice the size of the mint chocolate piece
  • Place the mint chocolate on the puff pastry and fold the puff pastry over the mint chocolate
  • Pinch the edges of the puff pastry to seal in the mint chocolate
  • Brush the outside of the puff pastry piece with a little egg
  • Repeat the process with as many mint chocolate pastries as you want
  • Place them in the airfryer and bake them at 175 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 7 minutes
