You need
- Puff pastry
- Egg
- Any mint chocolate will do, for example After Eight, Andes Chocolate Mints or Tesco Dark Chocolate Mint Thins
How to do
- Cut a piece of the puff pastry so that it is a little more than twice the size of the mint chocolate piece
- Place the mint chocolate on the puff pastry and fold the puff pastry over the mint chocolate
- Pinch the edges of the puff pastry to seal in the mint chocolate
- Brush the outside of the puff pastry piece with a little egg
- Repeat the process with as many mint chocolate pastries as you want
- Place them in the airfryer and bake them at 175 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 7 minutes
